Beaux Media Group is a UK-registered digital media publisher. Our registered company details and registered office address will be listed here before launch.

Advertiser enquiries. Name, company, work email, partnership interest, budget range and your message — used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter signups. Your email address, the page you signed up from and a timestamp recording your consent.

Technical data. Standard server and security logs, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies where you have consented.

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, and on consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies.

Direct sponsorship and branded content are labelled clearly. Programmatic advertising is not active on this site. Before it goes live, a certified consent management platform (Google Privacy & Messaging) will be integrated, along with applicable US state privacy notices, and this section will be updated with named vendors.

We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited) to understand which stories resonate and how the site performs. It is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies; until then no Google Analytics script, identifier or request is created and no analytics data leaves your browser.

When enabled, the likely data categories are: pages viewed and referring page, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device, browser and screen information, interaction events such as scrolls and outbound clicks, and a randomly generated analytics identifier stored in a cookie. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features or ad personalisation, and we do not use Analytics data for advertising.

Analytics data is retained by Google for a limited reporting period set in our Analytics property and then deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer, which stops further collection.

Google may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on Google's standard data processing terms and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Some service providers (for example email delivery, hosting and, in future, Google analytics or advertising services) may process data outside the UK. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and then deleted. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
