Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work: security, load balancing and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Optional. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which stories resonate. Its cookies are set only after you accept analytics cookies, and nothing is loaded before that.
Advertising
Optional. Programmatic advertising is not yet enabled on this site. When it is, a certified consent management platform (Google Privacy & Messaging) will manage consent signals, and vendors will be named here. This site does not currently claim certified CMP status.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense
Google Analytics 4 is used on this site after you accept analytics cookies. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) store a randomly generated identifier used to measure visits and page views; they typically expire up to two years after they are set. Google Consent Mode is denied by default, advertising storage and ad personalisation stay denied, and Google Signals and advertising features are switched off.
Google AdSense is not installed on this site today: there is no publisher ID and no advertising script in the page. When advertising is added, the tag will be injected only after advertising cookies are accepted. Our ads.txt file contains explanatory comments only; no publisher record is declared until a real, approved publisher ID exists.
